Paisley at 4 Months

Today Paisley is 4 months old. It makes me kind of sad. She is growing too fast. I know in a blink of an eye I will be planning her 1 yr birthday party. I need time to slow down.

What is she up too?

- wears size 2 diapers

- wears 3-6 month clothes

- eats 4 ounces every 2 and 1/2 hours (we feed more frequently because of reflux)

- takes last bottle at 7:30p and goes to bed right after; usually up for the day 12 hours later

- wakes up 1 to 2 times in the night. Just depends on what she wants to do

- smiles and coos a lot

- recognizes if someone else is holding her other than me

- grabs everything

- holds her toys very well and brings them to her mouth once she grabs it

- getting better in the car

- still holding her to nap most days

- stays up an 1-2 hours at a time

- loves to be held

- watches TV

- trying to roll over and gets stuck (from back to tummy)

- started liking her little zebra

    

Payton’s 5th Birthday DAY!!

Yesterday was Payton’s 5th birthday! We had a great family day. We tried to make it as special as we could for her. Things have been so different after having baby #2. Sometimes she feels like she doesn’t get as much attention from me anymore (as I know she doesn’t obviously…). It’s tough, but part of life!

We started out the day by having the living room a little decorated for her when she woke up. And a couple of gifts that I bought a few weeks back.

We got her dressed and Phil had gone to get her donuts while she was still sleeping. We then loaded up and went to IKEA. I needed to get something to make their playroom more organized. 

We used the double stroller and it worked out well for us.

We then headed to the mall so she could go to the Disney store. That is what she wanted to do for her birthday. She got some money at her party on Saturday so we let her pick out whatever she wanted and she spent her birthday money.

We came home and let Paisley take a nap and Phil put together Payton’s new sand cart.

Then we decided to go get Sonic for dinner and go to the park.

 

         

Happy 5th Birthday Payton

Today, 5 years ago.. I gave birth to my first child. Oh I love her so much. She brings us so much joy, makes us laugh, and so loving. I can not believe she is 5 today. They say it goes by fast, and boy does it.

I will post on her Birthday party tomorrow or the next day. But, didn’t want to miss posting on her actual Birthday. We love you Payton Ann!! So proud that you are our daughter!

Payton Lost Another Tooth

This past Friday night we finally got Payton's 2nd tooth pulled. It has been loose for over a Monty now. She finally let Phil and I really try to pull it. And we got it out. It was dramatic but she did good.
She was crying in the mirror here.. she seems to cry harder and longer when she looks at herself.
