Mommy & Me Monday

On Monday Payton and I had a Mommy and me sort of day. We got up and went to the movies first thing. We saw Despicable Me 2. After the movie she asked if we could go swimming, and I told her no I didn’t think so. But, then we decided to call Pam and see if we could go over to Phil’s dads house. So we went home grabbed our stuff and then went to grab some lunch at McDonald's then headed to there house. We swam for a bit and then came home. It was a fun filled day for us!!

Bowling with the Girls

Yesterday we took the girls bowling. They were unsure of it at first I think, but then they really enjoyed themselves!!

Homemade stuff Marla made for Kelly

I got Kelly her bathtub and filled it with lots of bloomers, bibs, burp cloths, bows, etc. Lots of which were homemade by me. I sadly didn’t take a picture of them all and I wish I would have.

 

I didn't’ get as many pictures as I would have liked. But, she had a wonderful shower. And we can’t wait to meet Miss Landry.

Baby #2

We went yesterday in hopes of finding out the sex of the baby. And they could never give us a picture of the gender reveal area… So, I am not announcing it just yet since I do not have confirmation. I will go back next Tuesday to hopefully get it confirmed and get a good picture. But, here are the 4 pictures that we did get. This baby did not cooperate at first, I finally had to get up and walk around so that it would change positions. At first, it kept putting one leg bent all crazy. After walking around it had its legs open but was very hard to see in between.

Never the less we got to see this sweet baby moving around and the sweet face!!

In the 2nd picture on this… the baby had its foot propped up. Not sure if you can tell or not.

I am not going to lie, I was pretty disappointed when we left and didn’t have a 100% answer. I am happy with whatever the baby is. HE/SHE will be such a blessing and loved so much. I just wanted to KNOW. Hard to explain. I know the next week will be the longest week ever. But, trying to embrace the moment of being pregnant and know that all that matters is this sweet baby is healthy.

My Little Pony Learning Crafts

On Monday Payton did some My Little Pony crafts that I printed off from 1+1+1=1 website. (Sorry I tried linking the link on here and my computer is being funny so I couldn't. I got this idea from my sister's blog. She did this with her girls last week. I thought it was a great idea and something fun to do while being couped up in the house all day :)

Payton really enjoyed them! We still have some more to do through the rest of the week. But, she wanted to almost do them all. It takes longer to gather all the stuff than it does for them to do the activity!
