Paisley at 7 Months Old

Today our sweet girl is 7 months old. I say this all the time but, time seriously needs to slow down. She is such a mess. She makes me laugh  and smile everyday by the things she does.
Eating: Eats 6 ounces every 3hrs (Still not doing much baby food. I can’t remember the last time I gave her any).  Has 5 bottles per day.
Diapers: Size 3
Clothes: Wears mostly 9 months but there isn’t much difference in the 9 and 12 mo Carter’s brand so she wears some of those that I have already bought.
Mobility: She loves to stand holding your hands; She gets on all 4’s and rocks and scoots a little; She tries pulling up on everything, mainly me. She gets mad if she can’t pull up.
Sleep: Goes to bed around 6:30-7p and usually wakes up after 11 1/2 to 12 hours. She sometimes wakes up crying around 4 or 5 and I just go stick the pacifier in her mouth and she will roll around and stay awake I think for 30 min or so but puts herself back to sleep. I usually don’t rock her when I put her down at night, I feed her then lay her down and she puts herself to sleep. On occasion I will rock her, not often though.
Nap Time: Usually takes 3 naps a day. The first nap is usually an hour and a half; second nap usually 45min- 1 hour ; and third nap is 45min- 1 hour. I do not rock her at naptime. I just lay her down and she usually goes right to sleep, which is really nice.
Misc: She still loves for me to hold her all the time. She loves for me to be right there by her pretty much at all time. She is a momma’s girl for sure.
Smiles all the time. Gets excited when I go in and get her in the mornings. Starts kicking her legs, sweetest thing ever.
She is much better in the car. She usually doesn’t cry anymore. We don’t go a lot of places but she doesn’t seem to mind the car ride now.
Loves toys that light up. Everything goes straight to her mouth. She likes to play with things she “isn’t supposed too” like straws, paper plates, remotes, etc.

Visit With Granny

This past Friday we went to see my Granny. We loaded all 5 kids in my car along with me, Marla, and my mom. We had a good visit.

   

Making A Pizza

This past Sunday Phil and Payton went to pick up Pappa Murphy's pizza and Payton got her own little pizza to make on her own once she got home. She enjoyed making it.

Pictures of The Girls Just Because

I have started buying backdrops and photography stuff to take my own pictures. I may have mentioned this in a previous post but I can’t remember. I had these cute nice boutique outfits for the girls so I wanted to get a picture of them in the outfits before Paisley outgrows her. She still has some room to grow so I am hoping they can wear them a lot over the next couple of months.

I am practicing with my own kids and actually have my first “paid” session this next weekend. I will also be taking our niece Landry’s 1 year photos next month too. I don’t think I am perfect or really professional but you have to start somewhere, right?  I do have a nice camera and love taking pictures of my kids so why not try to be professional ha-ha!
