Hoop it Up

Over the weekend Phil and his friends played in Hoop it Up. I was able to bring Parker, Grace, Payton, and my mom to watch a game. It is way too hot to be out there any longer than we were. I snapped a few pics and my MIL’s husband took a few as well. 

Well, first I have to show you these pictures of the girls before we left. They all looked so adorable. And of course all of their outfits came from Anything Baby Boutique.

I left Grace at my mom’s to take a nap and took the girls back home to play for a bit. And this is what they were doing…  They were playing so well together, even being tired!

 

Nails on a Chalk Board

I know you all know that sound I am talking about! In fact, I get chills just thinking about it! One day last week Payton was playing with her easel and writing with chalk. But, she doesn’t know that she shouldn’t scrape her nails on the board!! UGHHHHH that sound is horrible!! She just looks at me when I yell “NOOOOO”! I know one day she wont like that sound either!! But, she was having fun, so that is all that matters, HUH? !! :) 

       

New Little Pool

I bought Payton this little pool for our backyard. We have a bigger one, but I thought this would be more fun for her. However, I didn’t realize how little it really was! As you can see by her length, it is pretty small! Anyways, she likes to play in it without the water in it I guess!!

And well… I guess it can also be used as a diaper holder!! This is what happens when I am not paying attention!

Pool Time

This morning I met Marla and the girls at the pool for a bit. Then, went back to her house ate Wendy’s, Marla gave them a bath, and they played before nap time!

We put Grace in Payton’s new float, its a tad bit to small for Payton. But, Grace didn’t care for it much!

Then, back at the house. The girls have been going into rooms and shutting the door behind them, as if they do not want us Mommy’s to bother them! Well, I walked in to find Parker on the top bunk and Payton to the top of the ladder stuck because she of course didn’t know how to get on the top. And might I add, they haven’t purchased a mattress for the top bunk yet so there is only wood boards up there. Well, Parker has a down comforter up there.

Sorting Colors

Today was a day that we played with lots of toys! More so than usual! Anyways, and also along the day I noticed that she sorted all the colors everything she did. I am sure you will see a pattern of one particular color that she picks out first. It cracked me up through the day. And by the way… this color she calls “green” however it isn’t green!!

Getting really mad because more won’t fit!!

Then I talked her into playing with the green ones, after throwing a fit because she couldn’t find anymore green yellow ones.

Playing Connect Four… she had two colors to choose from…. She never touched the RED!
