Snow/Ice from last week

Last week we had another day of snow and ice hit. Thank goodness it wasn’t as bad as the week before!!! We didn’t stay out too long, but had to take a few pictures of course!!!

Our LONG day (Saturday)

This past Saturday we headed down to Phil’s Pawpaw’s house. It is about 2 and half hours away from home. We went to pick up our niece, Kylie to come along with us. I was really stressing the ride down there and the ride back, almost to the point where we almost didn’t go. But, we decided we will give it a shot. And I am glad that we did. We had a really good time. Although, the car ride was not a breeze, it wasn’t too bad. I never felt like pulling my hair out. Ok, maybe once or twice I did. But, Kylie did great and Payton did OK.

I took lots of pictures!!  We stayed outside the entire day!!! It was so nice out!!

There were a couple of dogs running around out there. Payton is really scared of dogs. We aren’t ever around any, so she isn’t used to them. And it took her a little bit to warm up to these dogs, but she finally did. She didn’t like them to get real close to her, but she actually walked around and didn’t make us hold her the whole time. She would yell at the dog.. it was so funny!!

So here, we hadn’t been there long.. Phil was throwing the ball for the dog while holding her.

Phil took Gannon on the tractor. We tried to get Kylie and Payton to go with him, but they wouldn’t

But, they did go with Aunt Kelly on the small one, baby dolls and all

She went on a ride with Peepaw too

I forgot to mention that we went down there for the Wells Family Christmas. I know it is February..

We stayed outside so long this is the only picture I got of Phil’s Pawpaw.

We left right after dinner and gifts!! We enjoyed our day, it was a long one, but  a fun one!!
