On Halloween we went to Marla and Geoff’s house. I thought it was going to be just Payton and I, but Phil ended up taking the day off. He really didn’t want to miss Payton’s first time Trick-or-Treating!!
Payton and I made cupcakes so that when we got over there the girls could decorate them. I probably shouldn’t have made them since they were getting all the candy, and actually no one even ate them.
The girls did a wonderful job decorating them!!
We ate dinner, but of course I forgot to take pictures. We had these Mummy dogs. They were hot dog weenies wrapped in crescent roll strips and so they looked like Mummies!! They were delish! Oh and chips, dips, hot sauce, and queso.
Now on to the costumes and taking pictures!!!

The girls are scared of dogs. And if they heard a dog bark they did NOT want to go up to the house. And pretty much every house someone had to walk up there with them.
They really raked in the candy!!!! They had so much fun!!
Hope everyone had a safe and Happy Halloween. I know we sure did. Today (Tuesday) Payton has wanted to eat candy all day!!! I did make her eat her chicken nuggets, I told her if she didn’t eat them she would not get anymore candy. And she actually ate them all. I guess she really wants more candy later! HA!!
