Turkey Crafts

Yesterday while Grace was asleep I let Parker and Payton do a couple of turkey crafts. I had to prepare them. And please, don’t judge my turkey’s!!! :)

I found the ideas here and here on Pinterest.

I cut out some brown pieces to make the turkey. Again, I know they aren’t perfect!

Also, cut out some little squares using different colors of construction paper.

I glued on some little eyes and a nose.

Then, let the girls glue on the “feathers”.

Payton colored lipstick on her lips and face with marker. That is what is all over her.

The next one I cut out another turkey and feathers using construction paper and little eyes and nose.

Got little bowls and filled them with things that were the same colors as the “feathers”

They glued all of those things on them. They had to match the colors. I know they both know their colors, but doesn’t hurt to practice!

Thanksgiving Part I

This past Sunday we had Thanksgiving at my Dad and Kay’s. I really didn’t take that many pictures. To be honest I laid around the whole time we were there. But, I did manage to get a few before we ate.

And of course, no pictures of my family or Marla’s family!! But, we had great food and good time visiting!! Love my family and SO grateful for them!

Luis and Kelly’s Wedding

Last night we had Kelly (my sis in law) and Luis’s wedding! All weekend we have been going and going!! I am SUPER tired, not to mention all congested. Anyways, I took a few pictures. Some of them in the ceremony are not too good. The priest asked that we not use a flash during ceremony.
