First Dance Class for Fall 2012

Payton started her new dance class this week. She really loves it. And this time, Grace is now old enough to start so they are in the same class. Which they both Love. Parker is in school, so she will go on a different day, plus she is about to be 5 so she needs to be with the older kids!

       

Preschool Interview

I got this idea on my sisters blog. She interviewed the girls and plans on doing it every school year. What a GREAT idea.  Payton is starting her Preschool/MDO next week so I thought this would be a good time for me to ask her these questions too!! And I didn't help her answer any of these... these were her answers!!! And most are pretty true.. but a couple not so much!! :)

Painting Flower Pot

We bought a small flower pot a couple of months ago for Payton to paint. We just haven’t gotten around to it. She always asks me, but I give her an excuse each time. Well the other morning Lizzy was taking a long nap and so I let her paint it. We originally wanted to get it and let her plant a flower with a seed. But, when we got it they said they didn’t have anymore seeds left for the year. I guess I thought that was kind of odd. And thought I could find some somewhere, but I never went searching! So, that’s the plan eventually!! So Payton can water it and watch it grow!!

Pioneer Woman’s Ice Cream Pops

This past Saturday Payton helped me make Pioneer Woman's ice cream freezer pops. You can find the recipe here.  I didn’t follow her recipe exactly. I used bigger cups, but only because that’s the only size Wal-Mart had. I also used Reese miniatures instead of the big ones. They turned out pretty good. So, I probably will do the same next time.
