I put Paisley in the Bumbo dear one day last week. She is still pretty wobbly. But, we will keep trying until she is stronger!
Pictures aren't the best, they are from my phone.

Early Birthday Present for Payton
Yesterday Phil and I took Payton to pick our hee new bike. Gramma and Poppa bought it for her, we just sent them a picture of what she picked out! :) she's growing so tall she really needed a new bike and my mom said she could get it early so she can enjoy it before it gets too hot. Phil still has to put it together, but I know she's going to enjoy riding it so much!!

First Time at the Park
One day last week I decided to take the girls to the park and let Payton ride her bike. It was our first time going. As I've said before Paisley doesn't care for car rides. She didn't last long in the car seat, but I held her under the awning while Payton rode her bike a little. I know she will get better soon.

4 Going on 16
Payton is quite the little priss. She will be 5 years old next month. I really can not believe it. I know I say that about both my girls, but seriously. I am going to have a 5 year old. She is such a wonderful big sister. I love that she loves her sister and is willing to help me so much. She sure doesn't get as much attention from me as she used too. Almost 5 years of being an only child and then now she shares me. Some days are hard, but I am super proud of her and so glad that God chose me to be her mommy.
She wanted a picture with and without her glasses on. She has been bad about taking her glasses off lately. She really is starting not to like them very much. I don't blame her, I wouldn't want to have to keep them on at all times, but I tell her the more you wear them now then the less you hopefully will have to wear them later. :)
Yes she posed like this all by herself. She is quite the diva and has quite the little attitude.

Reflux and Prevacid
I took Paisley to the Dr. last week. We were having some rough times with her eating and being really fussy still. This had gone on for about 4 weeks now so I felt something wasn't right and I had the feeling that she had reflux. We went in and they prescibed her prevacid. I really do feel like she is better. She has her fussy moments, as does any baby. But, truly see a difference. So, I guess I can say the meds are working. They are kind of pricey per month, but I am ok with that as long as she is happy and not hurting anymore. :)
She now sleeeps in the rock n play at night. The Dr. does not want her laying flat incase she were to spit up in the night.
Happy girl at the Dr.

Paisley at 12 Weeks
My sweet girl is 12 weeks old today! I can hardly believe it. Time really is flying by. It needs to SLOW down.
Starting her in size 2 diapers today. We ran out of size 1 and do I thought we might as well start on size 2
Wears 3mo clothes
Loves for mommy to hold her
I have to hold her during the day for naps. We are going to try to work on that this week. Sometimes it is just more work for me to have to repeat putting her back to sleep. Because once I lay her down she wakes right back up. SPOILED is what that is.
Loves for me to stand up while getting her to sleep. If I try to sit down when she isn't in a good sleep, she cries.
Eats 4 oz every 3 hours
On Enfamil Gentleease Formula
Wakes up two times in the night. We had a couple of good nights and she only woke up once, but yeah that didn't last. I sure wish it would have.
Takes her last bottle between 6:30-6:45 and is in bed by 7pm
Wakes up for the first time at around midnight and then again at around 4
It is pretty hard to get her back down almost always during the night. Usually up at least an hour with the feedings in the night, sometimes longer.
Sleeps in the Rock n Play in her room
Smiles and coos at you
Stays up for only an hour at a time during the day, in between eating and play time
HATES the car - cries almost always every time we get in the car. We do not go far, usually within the city we live in, but she still cries.
We don't go anywhere because she is fussy

Paisley @ 11 Weeks
My sweet girl is 11 weeks old today. We have been having a rough time. I took her back to the Dr. On Friday because i thought she still had thrush. She's still been super fussy and crying when I try to feed her and sometimes only able to eat 2 ounces at a time. Well, come to find out she didn't still have thrush, (quite frankly I'm now wondering if she ever even had it to begin with) she has acid reflux and also colic. I had been noticing that she must be spitting up in the night because there was formula stain on her crib sheet. But, really didn't think much of it because she usually doesn't spit up much during the day, only once on awhile does she. Anyhow, I've switched her formula to the emfamil gentleease. We will see how this one works. She cries at night time, and its really hard to get her to eat her bottle. She struggles to eat during the day as well. But, night time seems to be the worst.
Wears 0-3 mo some 3-6mo
Size 1 diapers
HATES to ride in the car CRIES the whole time. And doesn't give up and fall asleep, she would rather cry
Loves for me to hold her to nap
Wakes up twice on the night to eat
Sometimes its hard to get her back down
Smiles and coos and you when you talk to her
I make a 4ounce bottle every 3hours, but again with the feeding issues she's been eating less in the day. It ranges from 15-25 ounces depending on what kind of day we are having
After waking up she can usually only stay up an hour to an hour and a half. I am assuming this will change over the next few weeks as she gets bigger/older
Bedtime is 645-7
Usually gets up for good from anywhere between 7-8

So blessed to have this sweet baby. Breaks my heart to see her hurting and I can't help her or fix it. I pray the reflux gets better sooner than later. I am taking her back to the Dr tomorrow so hopefully we get some answers. I also pray she starts sleeping better soon!!

Visit with Landry
On Monday, my SIL Kelly came over with our niece Landry. We don't see them that often since they live a few hours away from us. So, it was a nice treat that they got to come over and play and eat lunch.
Landry had not met Paisley before so we were excited to take their picture together. Payton really enjoyed playing with her littlest cousin.

Paisely 2 Months
I can hardly believe my sweet girl is already 2 months old. We had her two month WELL visit this past Friday. She got her first round of shots. It was the saddest thing ever. She cried so hard. It was hard to get her calm. Thankfully, she went to sleep once we got in the car.
I had noticed a spot on her back that is a reddish purple color on the outside and then a lump underneath the skin. We are not sure exactly what it is. We are being referred to a dermatologist and will be going this month. Please pray that it is nothing serious and something that will go away. I am very concerned and worried about it. But, trying to leave it in His hands.
Other than that she seems to be a healthy baby girl.
