I think this might be the trick...
Yesterday I decided to lay Payton on her tummy to take her nap and she loved it. This way I am not holding her through her entire nap like I have been. I watch her very closely. But I know once her head is stronger and she can hold it up then this little girl will be sleeping on her tummy full time!! These are pictures from this mornings nap.

Yea for tummy sleeping!! I was also going to tell you that you might try her sleeping in the swing so her head is elevated some. Maybe during the day (if you are holding her, her hed is elevated more) and at night she is just laying flat right after eating causing her to "reflux" or spit up.
I am so jealous she is smiling already! Hayden will do it every once in a while, but not all the time. I am sure it won't be long!
