Where have we been??

A lot has been going on the past week. I woke up Monday morning with severe pain in my lower right back. I have had some pain off and on in my back but nothing like this pain, so I knew something had to be wrong. Long story short…. I ended up getting into the doctor first thing Monday morning, they did a CAT scan and saw the problem. A rather larger kidney stone sitting in my uterer. So they sent me to a Urologist doctor. My stone was a 6mm and the max to pass was a 4mm. So they began to give me a few options. I didn’t really like the options… but I chose the one that sounded least painful. I would have to look up the name of it to tell you… but basically they put me to sleep and pretty much beat me up on my side until the stone broke into small pieces. I have now passed a few of the stones. They are small so I don’t know how many more will pass. I am doing better, just some pain in my back still.

That is what has been going on with me…. now what has been going on with Payton??

She is walking!! She doesn’t do it every time… but she will just take off on her own and then when she realizes what she is doing she will sit herself down and then crawl or walk on her knees. So probably not much longer and she will be a walker FULL time!!! Growing up TOO fast!!!

On Monday afternoon Payton was waiting for her Pawpa to come get her and she was being quite silly. We have an end table that she likes to stand up and play with my little votive candles and the pictures on there. Well- on this day she decided to crawl behind the couch. From the looks of the picture it looks like a large space back there… but I promise you there isn’t.

She started to crawl back there so I ran and got my camera and met her on the other side… she was making a face like “Yeah look at me Mom”

I haven’t seen her much this week. She has been staying with my mom at night and Marla in the day. I have seen her a little each day. But I am used to having her 24/7! I have missed this little stinker…. and she has missed me!!! She is being very whiney!! Hopefully just a stage she is going through!!
